Tickets and Booking

All ticket sales are final. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

A convenience fee may be charged on the total ticket value. This fee is non-refundable in all cases. Customers are advised to review the total payable amount carefully before confirming their purchase.

Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and venue specified at the time of booking.
Age Policy
- ◆
This event is open to attendees aged 7 years and above.
- ◆
Children below 7 years of age do not require a ticket but must be seated on a parent's or guardian's lap at all times. They will not be allocated an independent seat.
- ◆
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children remain under close supervision at all times during the event. Children must not move around the venue unsupervised.
Entry and Admission
- ◆
Gates open 30 minutes before the scheduled show time. Gates will close at show start time. Late entry may not be permitted after the show begins.
- ◆
This event follows a general admission policy. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis within each ticket tier. No prior seat reservation or specific seat assignment is provided. Seating is by section — Platinum, Gold, Balcony, and Silver — not by individual seat number.

Your ticket contains a unique QR code. Present it at the entry gate — digital display on your phone is accepted. No printing is required. The screen must be clear, undamaged, and at sufficient brightness for scanning. Each QR code is valid for a single entry only. Duplicate or tampered tickets will be rejected.

Each ticket is valid for one-time entry only. Tickets that have already been scanned at the entry gate will not be accepted for re-entry.
- ◆
The Event Organizer and venue management reserve the right to deny entry to any individual without providing a reason, including in cases of misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or violation of venue rules. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Postponement and Cancellation
- ◆
In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control — including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, force majeure events, or venue unavailability — the Event Organizer reserves the right to postpone the event to a future date.
- ◆
In the event of a full cancellation where no alternate date is provided, a refund of the face value of the ticket will be processed. Convenience fees and booking charges are non-refundable in all cases.

No refund will be issued in the event of a date change or postponement to an alternate date. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.
- ◆
The Event Organizer will communicate any changes through official channels including the event website and registered email addresses of ticket holders.
Image and Recording Consent
- ◆
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you consent to the capture and use of your image, voice, and likeness in photographs, videos, recordings, or live streams taken during the event.
- ◆
Such content may be used by the Event Organizer for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes across any media — including social media, print, and digital platforms — without compensation or further notice.
- ◆
Parents and guardians of minor attendees provide this consent on their behalf by accompanying them to the event.
Conduct and Venue Rules
- ◆
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner at all times within the venue premises.
- ◆
The Event Organizer and venue management reserve the right to remove any individual from the venue for misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of venue rules without prior warning. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Recording of the performance — including audio recording, video recording, and live streaming — is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the Event Organizer.
- ◆
Flash photography during the performance is not permitted.
- ◆
The Event Organizer reserves the right to conduct security checks at the entry gate.
Personal Belongings and Liability
- ◆
Attendees are solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings at all times during the event.
- ◆
The Event Organizer, venue management, and their representatives accept no liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings within the venue premises.
- ◆
The Event Organizer accepts no liability for any personal injury, accident, or medical emergency occurring within the venue. Attendees attend at their own risk.
- ◆
The Event Organizer, venue management, and their representatives accept no responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or vandalism to vehicles parked within or around the venue premises. Attendees park their vehicles entirely at their own risk. Neither the Event Organizer nor the venue management operates or supervises the parking area, and no liability is assumed for any incident occurring therein.
Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page.
